[We-P-103]IQ-encoded RF Reflectometry of Multiple Silicon Quantum Dots

We experimentally demonstrate an IQ-encoded RF reflectometry by coupling two silicon QDs to a single resonator. We confirm that four distinct charge states can be adptively mapped onto the IQ plane. Our results provide a scalable pathway to reduce hardware complexity in large-scale semiconductor quantum computers.
