[We-P-25]Single-Shot Reconstruction of Interfacial Energy Barrier Distribution with Solid-State Device Version of Ballistic Electron Emission Spectroscopy

Our works reveal that the onset energy of the solid-state device version of ballistic electron emission spectroscopy can underestimate the representative energy barrier at heterointerface. The newly-developed analytical framework enables the extraction of interfacial energy barrier distribution with single-shot spectrum.
