[We-P-52] Two-Stage Nuclear Field Dynamics and Spatially Inhomogeneous Electron Localization in Bulk n-AlGaAs

We report that the two-stage formation of large nuclear fields exceeds 1.1 T in n-AlGaAs due to Al incorporation. Further experiments observed multi-Larmor frequencies, and an upgraded dynamics model is proposed that considers the existence of electron subgroups.
