Call for Abstracts

General Rules for Abstract Submission:

1. Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below.
   The presentation types:
      ーOral Presentation
      ーPoster Presentation
      ーPoster Presentation +Flash Talk Competition*
2. The number of co-authors is limited to 10 persons per abstract.
3. The title of presentation should be within 30 words.
4. The abstract should be no longer than 300 words.
5. Deadline for abstract submission: 31 March 2025.

*Flash Talk Comptition

Students and Young Investigators under 35 years old at the end of June 2025 can attend in Flash Talk Competition.

Abstract acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed by a committee and abstract acceptance and presentation guidelines shall be notified via email by April 30, 2025.
