Notes for the 188th ISIJ Autumn Meeting
- Smoking is generally prohibited on campus. Please refrain from smoking outside the designated areas.
- Eating is prohibited in the room. Please use the cafeteria.
- During sessions, taking photographs or recording the presentations of speakers is prohibited. Also, pointing a camera or smartphone at the presentation or any other behavior that may be mistaken for filming is also prohibited. If any such behaviour is observed, the individual will be asked to leave the room.
- Please refrain from leaving the room during the session, especially during presentations, as this may disrupt the session.
- Please cooperate to be quiet when moving around the building.
- This meeting is being held in university lecture rooms. As a result, there may not be enough electrical outlets in the room.
- Free Wi-Fi will not be available for attendees to use. If you need to connect to the Internet, please bring your own equipment.
