Instructions for Poster Presenters

• Format:
  
  – Single-sided printing only
  
  – Vertical orientation
  
  – Maximum size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm, width × height)

 

• Setup Time: 
  
  Posters can be set up between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on August 26.
  
  Presentation Time:
  
  Please stand in front of your poster during the assigned poster session to explain your work and answer questions (x:xx or x:xx-x:xx PM on August 26-28).
  
  Removal Time: Posters must be removed by x:xx PM on August 28.

Instructions for Oral Presenters

• Presentation time : 15 minutes in total, including discussion.
• Please use your own computer. If no, please contact to us (we will lend our PC).

 

• Plenary lectures: 60 minutes in total, including discussion.
• keynote lectures: 45 or 30 minutes in total, including discussion.
