Instructions for Poster Presenters

• Format:
  
  – Single-sided printing only
  
  – Vertical orientation
  
  – Maximum size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm, width × height)                                                                                       ※Board size: 900 x  1800, width x height

 

• Setup Time: 
  
  -Posters can be set up between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on August 26.
  
  -Presentation Time:
  Please stand in front of your poster during the assigned poster session to explain your work and answer questions (4:30 PM - 5:30 PM on August 26 and 11:30 AM - 0:30 PM on August 27)
  
  -Removal Time: Posters must be removed by 4:15 PM on August 28.

Instructions for Oral Presenters

• Presentation time : 15 minutes in total, including discussion.
• Please use your own computer. If no, please contact to us (we will lend our PC).

 

• Plenary lectures: 60 minutes in total, including discussion.
• keynote lectures: 45 or 30 minutes in total, including discussion.
