Welcome to the 12th ISIPM in Tokyo, Japan
Greetings
It is a great pleasure to announce that the 12th International Symposium on Inorganic Phosphate Materials (ISIPM-12) will be held on the 26th to 28th August, 2026 in Tokyo which is located center of Japan and a wonderful place to meet all of the researchers together. Furthermore, this ISIPM-12 is one of the commemorative events honoring the 40th anniversary of the founding of the parent organization, the Japanese Association of Inorganic Phosphorus Chemistry.
The first international symposium has been organized in 1991 (Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan) with great initiative and momentum. Since then, ISIPM encouraged the basic research and application activities on inorganic phosphate materials in the world. A series of the symposiums from 1st to 11th ISIPM have provided a precious occasion for a collaboration between academic scholars and industrial researchers. A large number of scientists, engineers, research staff and students from universities, research institutes and related industrial companies have joined the ISIPM symposiums.
Regarding the 12th ISIPM symposium (2026) in Tokyo, Japan, we hope that this meeting becomes the memorable platform on the ISIPM program for the promotion of fundamental and technological research activities on inorganic phosphate materials. The main topics for ISIPM-12 are the following three areas:
1) Biomaterials
2) Energy and Environmental Materials
3) Inorganic Phosphorus Materials (including Fundamental Science)
