[Purpose]
This material is also expected to enhance superconductivity by substituting the element at the Bi site, but this has not been known.we examined the substitution effect at the Bi site in RE(O, F)BiS2 with a high-entropy-alloy type rare-earth site.
[Method]
Single crystals of these materials were synthesized via a molten salt flux method. The structural and physical properties of the synthesized crystals were systematically characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrical resistivity measurements, and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
[Results]
An increase in Tconset was observed in this sample compared to the parent compound.
[Conclusion]
In this presentation, the Sn substitution effects will be discussed for the superconducting properties in RE(O, F)BiS2.
