Please note that presentations at this meeting may be given either on-site or online via Zoom. 

Oral Presentations

• The presentation will have a duration of 15 minutes, including Q&A. The duration of invited talks varies depending on the session.
• A computer will be provided for presentations at the venue. 
  • Please upload your presentation file in advance to the designated website (to be announced in mid-September) by the day before your presentation. If you need to transfer your file at the venue, please use a USB flash drive. 
  • PowerPoint or PDF formats are acceptable.
  • The LOC will be responsible for deleting all presentation files from the venue computer after the presentation.
  • If you need to use your own laptop for unavoidable reasons, please contact the LOC by September 23.
• Presentation slides should be created in 16:9 format.

 Poster Presentations

• The poster board size is 90 cm wide × 180 cm high. An A0-size poster (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm) can be displayed without modification.
• Please attach your poster to the board displaying your presentation number. Push pins will be provided at the poster venue.
• Poster display times are as follows. Please note that the LOC may remove posters remaining after the designated closing time.
  • September 24 and 25: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • September 26: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
• A core time (12:30 PM to 2:00 PM) will be designated for the poster session. Presenters are required to be present at their posters during this time.
