Facilities

Each room is equipped with a digital whiteboard or a projector (HDMI connection, cable provided), and temporary Wi-Fi passwords will be issued to registered participants. However, no computers, tablets, or adapters will be provided. Presenters are requested to bring all necessary equipment and accessories. Baggage Area
A temporary baggage area will be available in Room 100 (Small Lecture Room).
However, the organizers will not be held responsible for participants' belongings. In the event of loss or theft, the organizers shall not be held liable. Please keep valuables and items that may be easily lost in your own custody at all times.

Accommodation
Participants traveling from outside the area are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodations. The Organizing Committee and Secretariat do not arrange hotel bookings. We appreciate your understanding.
