Thank you for registering to the JASID 36th Annual Conference to be held at Hiroshima University on November 29 and 30. More than 230 persons have already been registered.

JICA Chugoku, JICA's accommodations at the "Hiroshima International Plaza" located close to the conference venue, will be available for the JASID Annual Conference participants. Buses will run between the Hiroshima International Plaza and Hiroshima University in accordance with the start and end times of the conference.

• Room type: Single
• Accommodation fee: 5,300 yen per night, breakfast included
• Payment: CASH ONLY
• Check-in: 15:00
• Check-out:10:00
• Entrance door: The main entrance will be locked at 23:00.
  If you anticipate arriving late for check-in, please be sure to contact the front desk in advance.

Application:

• Eligibility: Only those who have completed the conference registration and paid the registration fee can apply for this service. 
• Application deadline: November 19, 2025
  After receiving your application, we will contact you separately regarding the availability of accommodations.

Note:

• The number of accommodations is limited and will be capped at approximately 30 people. If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, we would ask for your cooperation as priority will be given to the following participants.

  2. Regular member who belongs to NGO without travel support funding
  3. Honorary members without travel support funding
  4. Regular members without travel support funding
  5. Session chairs and commentators of sessions
