A social gathering will be held from 18:00 to 20:00 on Saturday 28 November, following the plenary session, at ‘Wakaba’ on the ground floor of the Komaba Canteen, operated by the University of Tokyo Coop. This event is intended to facilitate discussion and networking amongst participants. The awards ceremony for the poster presentations will take place during the social gathering. • Following the plenary session on Saturday 28 November, from 18:00 to 20:00, a social gathering will be held at ‘Wakaba’ on the first floor of the Komaba Canteen, operated by the University of Tokyo Coop, to facilitate discussion and networking amongst participants. We look forward to seeing you there.
• Food (including vegetarian and halal options) and drinks (including alcohol) will be provided.
• The fee for the social gathering is a flat rate of 4,000 yen, regardless of membership category (full member, student member, etc.). The fee for non-members is also 4,000 yen.
• Due to venue and organisational constraints, registration and payment for the social gathering must be completed by Thursday 12 November. There is no limit on the number of participants.
• An awards ceremony for the poster presentations is scheduled to take place during the social gathering.
• Cancellation policy: Please note that, as a general rule, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made at the applicant’s request once registration and payment have been completed. However, should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, such as natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
