生化学若い研究者の会が教えてくれたこと<br>～生化若手で過ごした青春の日々とその活動から学んだことを語り合う～

主催：生化学若い研究者の会, 後援：日本生化学会

生化学若い研究者の会は、日本生化学会後援のもと1958年から活動している学会若手の会であり、生化若手の通称でも親しまれる。生化学若い研究者の会は、国内の若手の会としては規模・歴史ともに最大級であり、会への愛着が深いOB・OGも多く、創立記念祝賀会などでは世代を超えた同窓生が一堂に会し、それぞれがこの会で過ごした青春の日々を懐かしむ様子が見られる。会の運営は主に大学生・大学院生が行っており、ここでの経験がその後の人生に大きな影響を与えたと語るOB・OGも数多くいる。本ランチョンワークショップでは、生化学若い研究者の会の中心役職である、センター事務局長、夏の学校実行委員長、夏の学校事務局長を務めた経験のある4名の講演者により、当時の活動を振り返りつつ、「会での活動から学んだこと」、「会での経験がその後の仕事・生活・考え方にどう影響を与えたか」などをラフに語り合う。本ワークショップを通じ、生化学若い研究者の会が果たしてきた社会的意義や、若手時代における組織運営の経験の重要性を再認識し、それらをワークショップ参加者と共有したい。
