*Note: Regular member (IEA Member) means federated society members of the IEA.
If you are making a presentation at the conference and there is an IEA member among the coauthors of your presentation, you can apply the regular member price. If one of the co-authors belongs to the federated societies of the IEA (including the ACED members), you are considered equally entitled.
The IEA is composed of national ergonomic societies worldwide (e.g., Ergonomics Society of Korea(ESK), Chinese Ergonomics Society(CES), Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of the Philippines(HFESP), Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Malaysia (HFEM) etc.). If you or one of the co-authors is a member of your national ergonomics society, you could apply the regular member price.

How to Register
- All registrations will be accepted via online registration through this website.
- You need to make an account for registration. It is your responsibility to keep the login ID and password of your account. For security reasons, we cannot respond to any inquiries regarding your login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot your password? on the login screen to have your password reissued.
- Payment of registration fee will be made by credit card. Please pay the registration fee by the deadline (May 11).
- After the registration is completed, a notification including the receipt number will be sent to your registered e-mail address. This notification is usually sent within a few minutes, but if you do not receive an email, your registration or payment may have not been completed. If you have already paid but your payment status is “pending,” please contact the secretariat.
- Cancellation will be accepted only if the procedure is completed by Monday, May 11, 2026, and will be refunded after the conference, deducting an administrative fee of 1,500 JPY (bank transfer fee, etc.).
