TLZ成長によるSiGe結晶およびSi-Ge混合粉末のHPT加工を行った。TLZ結晶では準安定相であるbc8-SiGeが、混合粉末ではbc8-Siおよびst12-Geが得られた。比抵抗測定より、bc8-SiGeは半金属的であることが示唆された。
