Mn_3-xFe_xGa_y薄膜において、膜厚の減少に伴う飽和磁化および磁気異方性エネルギーの上昇し、膜厚が1nm、x=1.5、y=1.0の試料において非常に大きな磁気異方性エネルギーK_u=20.1 Merg/cm³が確認された。
