Sm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂系薄膜の保磁力向上のため、Smシード層を導入したSm(Fe_0.8Co_0.2)₁₂薄膜を微細加工した。その結果、保磁力は減少したが角形比は向上した。
