[299]Resistance to oxidation of Si-doped γ-Fe2O3 thin films by sputtering

Si添加γ-Fe2O3薄膜の耐酸化性について検討を行った。その結果、Siを2.8at.%添加したFe3O4はγ-Fe2O3に相転移し、256日間の大気中熱処理において比較的良好な耐酸化性を発現する．
