SPring-8のBL46XUにはガス雰囲気下での硬X線光電子分光(HAXPES)測定が可能な大気圧HAXPES装置があり、固体反応、固液反応のオペランド計測が可能である。これらの測定事例を示しながら本装置について紹介する。
