Our group has shown that severely cold-worked, over-aged Cu–Ti alloys exhibit higher strength and electrical conductivity than peak-aged alloys. Here, thin sheets processed similarly were made and characterized by cross-sectional TEM and neutron diffraction. Low-temperature annealing was also applied to further enhance their properties.
