Ti–Al alloys are promising high-temperature materials, where the Cr- and Nb-stabilized bcc β phase governs mechanical performance. Oxygen, inevitably introduced during powder-based additive manufacturing, alters phase stability; we quantify its finite-temperature effect from first principles.
