SUS316/316L薄膜に炭素源シンタリング処理と水冷急冷を施し，アモルファス・マルテンサイト複合組織を形成した。高抵抗率，低い抵抗温度依存性，高い昇温効率を示し，高効率薄膜ヒータ材として有望である。
