回転ダイヤモンドアンビルセル（DAC）を用い、高圧・せん断ひずみ下でのGeの構造変化をその場ラマン分光測定により評価した。準安定相（Ge-Ⅲ）の導入、Ge-Ⅰから準安定相への相転移、およびGe-Ⅱへの相転移を確認した。
