本研究では熱処理温度と熱処理時間の違いによる結晶構造の変化と、組成変化による磁気相転移の発生という二つの観点から、磁気抵抗効果および磁歪特性の測定を行い、磁気特性との関係を明らかにすることを目的として研究を行った。
