ハーフメタルは、高性能なスピン注入源や磁気抵抗効果素子材料として注目されているが、その大部分が強磁性体である。本研究では、異なる磁性を示す物質の探索を目的に、(Cr,Fe)S化合物のSを、SeやTeで置換した際の結晶構造や磁性に及ぼす影響について調べ、元素置換による磁気特性の制御を試みた。
