Our laboratory has developed Nd-Fe-B micro-magnets using the non-thermal Laser-Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) process with PLD-prepared donor films. In this study, α-Fe donor films were prepared by vacuum arc deposition, and their applicability to the LIFT process was investigated.
