We studied the Ti-concentration control and magnetism of pyrochlore Bi2TixO2x+3 films. Bi2Ti2O7 phase was successfully formed via helicon sputtering and heat treatment. Its saturation magnetization increased as the Bi/Ti ratio approached 1. Furthermore, hole doping may enhance the magnetization.
