Waspaloy sheets solution-treated, aged, and 90% cold-rolled reach 550 HV via work hardening. Subsequent 600°C annealing triggers rapid hardening to a peak 690 HV at 1 hour due to $\gamma'$ re-ordering, remaining stable around 680 HV for up to 48 hours.
