So far, we have fabricated Nd–Fe–B micro magnets by PLD. However, heat treatment above 500 °C is required to obtain hard magnetic properties. In this study, we investigated LIFT in air and evaluated transfer behavior and coercivity retention under various laser irradiation conditions.
