After hardening SUS304 by S‑DCPN, a graded Si‑DLC interlayer with decreasing TMS ratio was introduced, and its effects on the mechanical properties, wear resistance, and adhesion of DLC films were systematically evaluated to clarify the effectiveness of this composite treatment.
