Super Duplex Stainless Steel (SDSS) has high strength and corrosion resistance from its ferrite-austenite structure but is hard to process. This study analyzed SDSS EN 1.4501 under varying rolling ratios via FE-SEM, EBSD and EPMA, revealing grain refinement and increased stress with rolling ratio.
