汎用深層学習モデルを用いた画像解析でSEM像と保磁力との相関に関して評価出来るかに関して，具体的な系としてFe-Al薄膜に着目し，検討を行った．その結果，キャップ層のボイドの形態が保磁力に影響を与えている，という特徴量抽出に成功した．
