The diamond is regarded as a promising power device that contributes to the highly efficient use of energy. From the characteristics of diamond, Ni-based alloys are attracting attention as the metal single-crystal substrate material for fabricating diamond thin films. In the presentation, we will report on results of Ni-Cu alloy experiments.
