We develop an auditable LLM-driven multi-agent framework to design Super MoSiBTiC alloys for ultra-high-temperature applications. Literature-derived composition-property rules guide a ReAct agent to generate candidates, screened via CALPHAD phase stability, Pareto ranking, and Monte Carlo analysis.
