世界中でデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)が材料開発のツールとして活用され始め、着実に成果が生まれつつあります。国内においても「データ創出・活用型マテリアル研究開発プロジェクト(DxMT)」が発足し、対象材料の異なる5つの拠点がマテリアルDXを推進しています。これらの取り組みでは、最新成果を積極的に共有するとともに、産学双方が利便性を享受できるデータ創出・利活用基盤を整備し、データ駆動型材料設計を加速させることが急務となっています。
本シンポジウムでは、金属材料をはじめとする構造材料に重点を置きつつ、磁性材料などの多様な材料系も含めたマテリアルDXの構築を目指します。最新の成果発表と活発な討論・情報交換を通じ、産学が連携して議論を深める場を創出します。
