A high-density Ti-7Al-4Mo bulk body was fabricated by gradual pressurization of mixed Ti, Ti₃Al, and Al₃Mo powders during heating. Heat treatment homogenized the microstructure, and hot working further improved the strength, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed consolidation process.
