Hydrogen-enhanced formation of vacancies and their clusters is considered one of the key factors in hydrogen embrittlement. However, the stable morphology of hydrogen-induced vacancy clusters remains unclear. In this study, we investigated the effect of hydrogen on their stable morphology by TEM observation.
