チタン合金の極低温での延性低下は固溶酸素による双晶形成の抑制が要因とされる ．本研究は酸素量の異なる純チタンとTi64を用い ，室温と77Kで引張試験や組織観察を実施した ．固溶酸素量が双晶形成や引張特性に及ぼす影響を特定することを目的とする．
