PETマイクロ・ナノプラスチックの粒子径が細胞応答に及ぼす影響を機械学習で評価した。非溶媒相分離法で作製したPET粒子をTHP-1由来M1マクロファージに暴露し、IL-1β産生量とCD80発現量を測定することで得た学習データを用いてSVMモデルによる解析系を構築した。
