エレクトロマイグレーションにおける金属間化合物成長を再現するために、原子流束に基づくフェーズフィールドモデルを構築した。金属間化合物成長について実装したシャープインターフェースモデルおよび実験結果と比較し、一次元空間での妥当性を検証した。また、全自由エネルギー増加現象の再現可能性を示した。
