Authors who go successfully through a selection process for Select Lectures win the Award of the JOCS's Selected Lecture. The authors get 30,000 Yen as a supplementary prize and no registration fee is required for the participation in the annual meeting. In addition, the authors have the right to submit a review or regular article related to the topic presented at the 63^rd Annual Meeting of JOCS for the Journal of Oleo Science free of charge. 
 

 Applicants for the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Oil Chemists are requested to submit an abstract. Please prepare a 3-page abstract including biographical information using the [Select Lecture Abstract Template] and submit it as a PDF file by 17:00 on 4/4/2025. The theme of the presentation should be related to the theme of this international conference, and should be related to one of the following topics in particular: 1) Oleo materials and nanotechnologies, 2) Science on lipids, fats and oils, nutrition, health function and foods 3) Interface science, surfactant, detergent and cleaning.
