Early market introduction of liquid synthetic fuels (e-fuel) is expected as one of the measures to reduce GHG emissions. We confirmed the conformity of prototype FT gasoline and FT diesel fuel to fuel standards by applying various post-processing to improve the quality of FT synthetic fuel (crude oil), which is synthesized from CO2 and hydrogen. We also compared the fuel quality of these synthetic fuels with that of various European synthetic gasoline and synthetic diesel oil to understand their characteristics.
