The Management Information Subcommittee of the Japan Petroleum Institute has established a working group on "Trends and Development of Digital Transformation (DX) Technologies in the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industries" to conduct surveys and research activities. The results of a questionnaire survey and interviews with member companies of Japan Petroleum Institute regarding their interest in and use of DX are reported below.
