We compared supported catalyst (Cu/CeO2) and bulk catalyst (CuMnCe) oxide for low temperature nitrogen oxide to ammonia reaction. Cu/CeO2 catalyst was prepared by wet impregnation method and CuMnCe oxide catalysts with different Ce loading amount were synthesized by using citric acid. Among them, Ce(66 %)-doped Cu0.17Mn0.17 catalyst showed high NO conversion and ammonia yield below 150 °C. Raman and XPS analysis revealed Cu and Mn incorporated in CeO2 and formed solid solution as well as new redox sites which might be useful for ammonia formation.
