Heterogeneous Ziegler–Natta catalysts are industrial catalysts responsible for the majority of stereoselective propylene polymerization. However, their structures are extremely complex, and structure–performance relationships have yet to be fully established. Data-driven approaches to uncover such relations have also been severely limited by the lack of sufficient data. In this presentation, we report recent advances in data-driven catalyst development based on the generation of high-quality data through high-throughput experimentation.
