[1E16] Case study of rotating machinery introduction of predictive maintenance system using digital twin analysis

The future goal of the maintenance area in the refinery DX plan is to deepen the CBM of the equipment and automate the maintenance plan, with particular emphasis on predictive maintenance of large rotating machines without spare equipment. As a result of investigating overseas refineries where DX is advanced, it was found that a predictive maintenance system using digital twin analysis is effective, and good results were obtained in the PoC, so the decision was made to introduce it. Since results were obtained in a short period of time after introduction, we will report on the results and the outlook for the future refinery DX plan.
