The renewal cost of online analyzers is high. If soft sensors can be made and maintained using accumulated product quality control data and operational data such as temperature and pressure, the need for analyzer renewal can be eliminated, leading to cost savings. This presentation introduces our company’s initiative to reduce renewal costs by replacing online analyzers with soft sensors.
