[2E06] Hybrid Type CO₂ Separation System Combining Membrane and Adsorption

To capture the CO₂ contained in the combustion exhaust gas, a hybrid type CO₂ separation system is developed, which combines membrane separation and PSA separation. Membrane separation is suitable for concentrating low concentration CO₂ to medium concentration. The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) separation is suitable for purifying medium concentration CO₂ to high concentration. Simulated gas tests were conducted to confirm a system that can concentrate CO₂ from 10% to 50% by membrane separation and 50% to 99.5% by PSA separation.
