[2C06]Efficiency improvement and quality enhancement of maintenance operations using a maintenance management system during operation and turnaround periods

In fiscal year 2022, ENEOS and VALQUA began jointly developing a system to digitalize maintenance operations during both normal operation and turnaround periods, based on VALQUA’s Smart Plant Management (SPM) platform. By the end of fiscal year 2025, the system had been deployed across eight ENEOS refineries as a maintenance infrastructure supporting over 3,000 daily users. It is currently being further expanded for application to turnaround maintenance. A pilot implementation was conducted during the 2025 turnaround at the Sakai Refinery to identify improvement areas, with full development planned for completion by fiscal year 2027. This presentation reports on ENEOS’s achievements to date and outlines future directions.
