The aging of social infrastructure such as bridges and tunnels has become a social issue. Traditionally, close-up visual inspections by humans were the standard, but in recent years, the use of drones and AI-based image analysis technology has been increasing. Refineries also have concrete structures such as seawalls, piers, foundations, and storage pits. In this presentation, we will introduce technologies for assessing the soundness of concrete structures using image analysis.
